Ingredients for 4 pizzas

500g flour,

Olive oil,

30 cl cold water,

2 g fresh baker’s yeast,

12 grams of salt,

200 g mozzarella,

200g gorgonzola,

200 g Pecorino cheese, cut into thin strips

250 g semi-candied tomatoes,

In a salad bowl, mix the baker’s yeast with the flour and 15 cl of water to obtain a homogeneous paste, then the salt and the remaining water, knead until a soft dough forms.
